Terms & Conditions — MS Sparrow Hostel

By using mssparrowstay.com or submitting an enquiry to MS Sparrow Hostel, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. This website does not process direct bookings — all reservations are arranged via email correspondence after you submit an enquiry form.

1. About Us

MS Sparrow Hostel is a hospitality property located in Ljubljana, Slovenia, operated by MS SPARROW GROUP d.o.o. Our contact email is groups@mssparrowstay.com.

2. Enquiries and Reservations

This website does not process or confirm direct bookings. The enquiry form sends your details to groups@mssparrowstay.com only.
A reservation is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation email from MS Sparrow Hostel.
Submitting an enquiry form does not guarantee availability or constitute a binding reservation.
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.
We reserve the right to decline any enquiry.

3. Check-in / Check-out

Standard check-in: 14:00 – 24:00
Standard check-out: by 10:00
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Valid photo ID is required at check-in. By Slovenian law, all guests must be registered with the police register upon arrival.

4. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation: 3 days before check-in.
Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in: 50% of total booking charged.
To cancel a confirmed reservation, contact us at groups@mssparrowstay.com with your name and agreed dates.
No-show without prior notice: full amount may be charged depending on agreement.

5. House Rules

Quiet hours: 22:00 – 08:00
No smoking inside the property
No illegal substances on the premises
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property
MS Sparrow Hostel reserves the right to remove guests who disturb other guests or staff without refund

6. Liability

MS Sparrow Hostel is not liable for:

Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings (use lockers where provided)
Indirect or consequential losses arising from your stay
Inaccuracies on third-party booking platforms

7. Airport Transfer

We offer a private airport transfer service from Brnik Airport (Ljubljana Jože Pučnik Airport) for €30. This service is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. The transfer is provided by a third-party partner — we are not liable for delays caused by traffic or flight changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available at mssparrowstay.com. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
